Swim Lessons

We started swim lessons last Wednesday. It is a 30 min class and our friend, Jeni, teaches it. The boys had a really good time. They would kick their feet and reach their arms in front of them for toys. Aiden of course got a little freaked out the first time he went under water, but he calmed back down after he had a toy to hold onto. Blake didn't seem to mind as much, he would just come up out of the water with eyes wide open trying to figure out what just happened. We are excited to go back again this week.

We are ready to GO!

Easter

We had a wonderful Easter Weekend- Uncle Matt and Aunt Amber came and stayed with us to celebrate Easter. We were very busy on Easter Sunday. We had brunch at Grandma and Grandpa Byrne's, then we went to church, then to Crystal City to see Grammy and the Pulliam crew, then back to Grandma and Grandpa Byrne's for an Easter egg hunt.

On Easter morning, the boys had a Basket from the Easter Bunny, Nan and Grand-dad Alan, and Uncle Matt and Aunt Amber.

Blake and Aiden enjoyed the wrapping just as much as the gifts.

Opening Day for the Cardinals

Although we did not go to the ballpark for opening day, Aiden and Blake cheered on the Cardinals wearing their Fred Bird shirts their Grandpa Byrne made for them.

St. Patrick's Day

Grandma and Grandpa Byrne and I took the boys to the Parade on St. Patrick's day. The boys were a little sleepy and slept through most of the Parade, but they didn't mind watching a few of the floats go by. Mostly they just liked playing with our necklaces.

Their Uncle Scott was also there celebrating.

Ready to go home.

A Trip to the Zoo

A few weeks ago, Jill, Chase, Aiden, Blake and I went to the zoo. It was a beautiful day to spend outside and the boys loved looking at the animals. The penguins were Aiden's favorite because they were right up against the glass (Blake was sleeping when we went to see the penguins).

Aiden, of course, didn't miss a beat!
